Printing the Current Page

Summary: Want to print just the current page? Word can do it, if you know how. (This tip works with Microsoft Word 6, Word 95, Word 97, Word 2000, Word 2002, and Word 2003.)

Word gives you complete control over how it prints your document. You can either print the entire document, or you can print a portion of it. To print the current page only, follow these steps:

  1. Choose Print from the File menu. You will see the Print dialog box. (Click here to see a related figure.)
  2. Select the Current Page option button.
  3. Click on OK.

Tip #1262 applies to Microsoft Word versions: 6 | 95 | 97 | 2000 | 2002 | 2003
