Summary: Want a border to go diagonally through a table cell? Here's how to do it. (This tip works with Microsoft Word 2000, Word 2002, and Word 2003.)
Word has allowed you to add borders to paragraphs, text boxes, and tables for quite some time. Beginning with the introduction of Word 2000, you can also add diagonal borders to your table cells. This means that a border can appear from the top-left to the lower-right corners of a cell, or from the top-right to the lower-left. To take advantage of this type of border, follow these steps:
