Summary: Headers and footers can be helpful, but at some time you may just want to delete them completely. Doing so is almost as easy as deleting regular text, once you jump into the header or footer area. (This tip works with Microsoft Word 97, Word 2000, Word 2002, and Word 2003.)
If you want to delete the headers or footers, follow these steps:
